James T. Baldwin
For more than a quarter century James “Jim” T. Baldwin has excelled at discerning and distilling client needs and vision into a comprehensive and strategic legal approach to delivering quality legal services. Representing individuals, municipalities and both large and small corporations, Jim's considerable and varied business and litigation experience equips him with the ability to anticipate, and strategically address, a broad spectrum of client needs and challenges.
This experience includes most forms of civil litigation, administrative law, workers' compensation, contracts, intellectual property, election and campaign finance, labor, employment, zoning, and appellate advocacy.
Working out of Fairfield, Connecticut, Jim is familiar with all courthouses, workers' compensation and administrative offices throughout the state. Jim was appointed Town Attorney for Fairfield, Connecticut in November 2019.
